From Burnout to Purpose

Years ago, I found myself emotionally exhausted, professionally disconnected, and silently carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations. Like so many women, I was strong for everyone — but I wasn’t okay myself.

What began as a personal struggle with burnout and anxiety became the seed of purpose that birthed Tobhana Wellness — a space I wished existed when I needed it most: soft, safe, culturally conscious, and built on real human connection.

I wanted to create more than a practice. I wanted to build a space where people feel seen, heard and held. A space where vulnerability isn’t judged — it’s welcomed.


Why I Started Tobhana Wellness

I started Tobhana because I saw too many people suffering in silence. In our homes, in our workplaces, in our communities — we often don’t talk about the emotional battles we’re facing.

Tobhana is my answer to that silence.

It’s a wellness space designed not just for treatment, but for transformation.
Not just for coping, but for thriving — with support that’s real, accessible and rooted in care.

We combine evidence-based therapeutic practices with practical coaching tools, emotional intelligence and lifestyle wellness strategies to meet you exactly where you are — and guide you gently forward.
